All our staff are fully employed and are very experienced in handover cleaning. We are very thorough in cleaning.

Our rates are dependent on the number of bedrooms and the floor area. You can use the below as a guide:

HDB / Condo / Landed Property:

< 500 square feet - $260, Studio

501-700 square feet - $320, 1 Bedroom

701-800 square feet - $380, 1 Bedroom

801-1000 square feet - $420, 2 Bedrooms

1001-1200 square feet - $480, 2 Bedrooms

1201-1400 square feet - $540, 3 Bedrooms

1401-1600 square feet - $600

1601-1800 square feet - $660

Scope of Handover Cleaning:

- De-greasing and cleaning of cooker hood and hob, and all kitchen surfaces and cabinets, inside and outside

- De-greasing and cleaning the microwave oven

- De-greasing and cleaning the convectional oven

- Disinfecting the fridge body, soap washing all shelves

- Thorough cleaning of the drum of washing machine, rubber tubing, soap detergent tray and filter

- Clear lint in clothes dryer

- Toilets wall tiles, floor and sink thoroughly disinfected, scrubbed and washed

- Remove soap scums on shower glass door and panel

- WC bleached and washed

- Kitchen and toilets’ steel and chrome accessories polished to sparkle

- Ceiling light and fans cleaned, cobwebs cleared

- All wardrobes wet wiped internally and externally

- Doorframes and door surfaces wet wiped

- Glass windows and balcony doors degreased and cleaned to sparkle

- Wall side panels damp wiped, end to end

- All floor surfaces vacuumed and cleaned, including behind white goods and furniture

In summary, your whole apartment will be fully degreased, sanitised and sparkle at the end of our professional deep clean!
