Sales Account Executive​

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Sell our Company’s services to established customers or develop new prospects within assigned territory.

  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.

  • Prepare and maintain records for sales leads and progress clients status of accounts.

  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.

  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.

  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.

  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.

  • Communicates client needs and demands to employer company.

  • After-sales service and follow up with customers.

  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.

  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.

  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.

  • Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

  • Required language(s): English.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for sites which include planning of manpower for operations.

  • Conduct interviews for new candidates that will be stationed at sites.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations as determined by the regulatory authorities in Singapore.

  • To monitor, keep track of the usage of cleaning supplies, consumables, equipment and also to ensure that they are available and serviceable at all times.

  • Preparing of site Attendance, Overtime and Performance reports for submission to the management.

  • To replenish supplies at site promptly and also to report any abnormal usage.

  • Ensure all sites staff follow the correct cleaning practices and also adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Managed and solve all site clients or cleaners issues promptly and to escalate them immediately to the management when necessary.

  • Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from customer.

  • Motivate and manage site employees to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ or Diploma level.

  • Candidates below GCE ‘O’ level but more than 5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Required language(s): English, Chinese

  • Must have own vehicle.

  • Computer literate.

  • Able to work in a team and fast pace environment.
