What is Peoplicity Cleaning Service and how do we work?

Peoplicity cleaning is a NEA licensed company which has an online platform which brings ease and convenience for customers to book for a cleaner with immediate confirmation.

How long do you take to find me a cleaner?


It is immediate confirmation upon booking.

What do I need to prepare for the cleaner?


To make the cleaning session an efficient one, we advise owners to have basic cleaning equipments such as vacuum cleaner or broom, mop, wipe cloth, pails and cleaning detergent. Most importantly, there must be water at home

Do I get the same cleaner servicing my house every session?


Yes. If you are satisfied with the cleaner's service, it will be the same cleaner every session.

Do I have to stay with the same fix day and time for the cleaning session?


As these cleaners have other homes to service, it is advisable that you do so in order to have the same cleaner attending to your house chores. However, if there is a need to reschedule, you can let us know at least 48 hrs in advance.

Can I leave my house keys with the cleaner?


We recommend you to be around while the cleaning is in progress. Once you feel comfortable with the cleaner, it is at your own discretion to leave your house keys with him/her while you are away. Nevertheless, owners are urged to keep valuable items away to prevent any misunderstandings.

Can I extend the cleaning hours?


Unfortunately no as all the cleaners already have the schedule set aside for them. Thus they will not be able to extend on the day itself as it will affect their next appointment.

How do I pay for my cleaning session?


You can easily pay by debit, electronic telegraphic transfer (paynow), cheque, and credit card

If you wished to pay cash to the cleaner, you are advisable to inform the company beforehand.


Are there any charges / fees for rescheduling or cancelling a booking?


There are no fees for cancellation or rescheduling of booking, whether for a one-time or recurring booking unless:

Cancellation or Rescheduling is requested 48 hours or lesser to the service date and time then a 1 hour cancellation fee is required to make the necessary changes. This will be charged to your card, per the agreement of the disclaimer at point of booking - That www.peoplicity.co will charge a penalty fee of 1 hour should you decide to cancel / reschedule 48 hours or less, from booking time and date, after booking has been confirmed and you authorize us to do so.


What is the number of sessions I have to commit for weekly and bi-weekly sign up?


The sessions to fulfil for weekly cleaning is 5 sessions and for bi-weekly is also 5 sessions. They can be used over a maximum period of 6 months.
