For send helper job (yellow) take note that you need to check with the customer first before proceeding to the place.
Khin Win Kyi today has a job that she went to the customer door step and the customer told her that the job is cancelled.
Wasted her money but most importantly her time..
This is second time after Si Si Tun case.
Si Si Tun is there earlier and thus able to work and the other cleaner (which is late and from other company) unable to clean the house
We get penalty of $10.
Lesson #2 - 21 Jan 2022
If you know that u are rushing for time. (You have next house after this)
Do let the customer know beforehand that you need to complete the job by 3 hour (for example)
So they wont think that you can extend time.
There are bad customer that complain about you when you refuse to their request.
Lesson #3 - 21 Jan 2022
There is no way for you to reschedule job to next day or other time.
Customer booked the time they want for a reason.
When the company people call you , they call you for a reason. When you see such number calling, do pick up or call back when you see.
Lesson #4 - 22 Jan 2022
Seek permission from the customer to start the work earlier. If customer do not allow, you have to wait till the right time to start.

Scheduler failed to check the date being assigned to the cleaner.
Cleaner's job do not have the job and missing schedule
Scheduler is being penalize for S$ 69.00 dollars.
